11-26To further amend title 24 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by amending section 114 and 115, as enacted by Public Law No. 6-11, and to further amend title 55 of the Cod of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by enacting new subchapters XI and XII thereof, all in order to provide for the division fees from licensing of fishing in the exclusive economic zone. and for other purposes.
11-25To appropriate the sum of $75,000 from the General Fund of the Federated States of Micronesia for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, for the purpose of funding the extension of the waste water land fall in Lelu Harbor, and for other purposes.
11-24To further amend title 9 of the Code of Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by adding a new section 205, for the purpose of requiring the inauguration of the President and Vice President to be held within seven days of their election, and for other purposes.
11-23To further amend title 54 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by further amending section 112 thereof, as amended by Public Laws Nos. 7-41, 10-93, and 149, to allow deduction of certain expenses from gross revenue before computation of the gross revenue tax, and for other purposes.

11-18To further amend title 53 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by further amending section 603, as amended by Public Laws Nos. 5-120 and 7-118, for the purpose of raising the maximum amount in wages which may be taxed as contribution to Social Security, and for other purposes.
11-17To further amend title 54 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by further amending section 805, as amended by Public Laws Nos. 7-41, 9-139, and 10-68, for the purpose of removing restrictions on funds paid into State treasuries, and for other purposes.

11-12To further amend title 53 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by further amending section 01, as amended by Public Law No. 5-120 to permit Board members whose terms expire after January 1, 1999, but whose replacements have not been nominated or confirmed, to continue to serve until their replacements have been confirmed by Congress; to specify that the Social Security Administrator shall be a non-voting ex officio member of the Board; and for other purposes.
11-11To appropriate the sum of $6,750,000 from the General Fund of the Federated States of Micronesia for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, for the purpose of funding infrastructure projects, roads, and other economic and social projects and programs in the States of Chuuk , Kosrae, Pohnpei and Yap, and for other purposes.
11-10To further amend title 54 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by further amending section 222 thereof, as enacted by Public Law No. 9-139 and amended by Public Laws Nos. 10-10, 10-136, and 10-149, for the purpose of exempting equipment and materials imported by publicly owned utilities, and for other purposes.
11-09To further amend title 54 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by further amending section 222 thereof, as enacted by Public Law No. 9-139 and amended by Public Laws Nos. 10-10, 10-136, and 10-149, for the purpose of exempting school instructional items from the duty on imports, and for other purposes.
11-08To appropriate the sum of $1,000,000 from the General Fund of the Federated States of Micronesia for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, for the purpose of funding surfacing of the circumferential road in the state of Pohnpei, and for other purposes.
11-07To propose an amendment to section 8 of article IX and to the sections 4 and 5 of article X of the Constitution of the Federated States of Micronesia,  to further amend title 3 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended, by further amending section 101, as amended by Public Laws Nos. 5-53, 5-98, and 7-89, and by amending section 107, as established by Public Law No. 5-98; and to further amend title 9 of said Code, as amended, by amending section 104, by further amending section 105, as amended by Public Law No 8-97, by further amending  section 202, as amended by Public Law No. 5-70 and renumbered by Public Law No. 5-103, and by further amending section 204, as amended and renumbered by Public Law No. 5-103; all for the purpose of improving the operations of Congress by providing  for at-large and district senators, by providing that all member of Congress shall serve four-year terms, and by providing that the President shall be elected from among the  at-large members of Congress and the Vice-President shall be elected from among the district members of Congress; and for other purposes.
11-06To appropriate the sum of $2,600,000 from the General Fund of the Federates States of Micronesia for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, for the purpose of funding asphalt road surfacing in the State of Kosrae, and for other purposes. 
11-05To appropriate the sum of $108,000 from the General Fund of the Federated States of Micronesia for the fiscal year ending September 30, Conference, and for other purposes.
11-04To direct the President of the Federated States of Micronesia, or his designee, to summit the question: "Shall there be a convention to revise or amend the Constitution?" to the voters of the Federated States of Micronesia, in the special election to be held in July 1999 and for other purposes.
11-03To appropriate the sum of $200,000 from the General Fund of the Federated States of Micronesia for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1999, for the purpose of funding the second FSM nationwide economic summit, and for other purposes.
