2-126	Requesting the United States Secretary of the Department of the Interior to effectuate changes in Secretarial Order No. 3039, amendment No.1, to allow each of the three constitutional governments of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands to assume the operations and administration of their portion of the Trust Territory Socail Security System.
2-125	Urging the High Commissioner and the Attorney General of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands to immediately take all steps necessary to create arbitration panels in each of the four States to hear claims for additional compensation' for the past use of lands taken by the Trust Territory Government under indefinite land use agreements and to include before these panels the claims of owners of indefinite land use parcels previously excluded from all past use compensation procedures.
